• One parking place immediately outside cottage, further parking behind cottage.
• Paved patio area with metal garden table and 6 chairs and parasol
• Storage shed (plenty of room for 6 bicycles!) containing weber kettle bbq with accessories 
• metal gate to grass area, with washing lines and pub style picnic table/chairs.
